Solving the Data Readiness Problem with Datalinx AI
Imagine you just bought a brand new car. All you want to do is take it for a spin, but when you arrive at the gas station, you’re told you need to drill for fuel, extract it, refine it, fill the pump, pump it into your car, and only then you can go for a ride. Not an ideal scenario, right? But this is how many companies feel when trying to use AI tools and applications because their data isn’t ready for primetime.
AI-powered companies are already emerging as leaders in their respective industries, but AI is only as good as the data that fuels it. 85% of AI projects fail due to data readiness issues, and 80% of data science time is spent on data preparation and ongoing maintenance. Marketing, sales, and analytics teams can’t accelerate under the drag of waiting for data, and data science and engineering teams find themselves acting as data janitors more often than model or application developers. It doesn’t have to be this way though. With the right data foundations, companies can finally move at the pace of AI.
That’s why we built Datalinx AI. Datalinx is an AI Data Refinery that turns messy consumer data into fuel for marketing, advertising, customer experience, and business intelligence models and applications. Leveraging AI agents, state-of-the-art models, consumer data domain expertise, and a secure, no-data-movement architecture, we help data scientists, data engineers, marketing technologists, and analysts access the fuel they need quickly. Gone are the days of multi-year data preparation initiatives, wasted data science and engineering resources, and constant maintenance of fragile data pipelines. Datalinx turns even the most crude datasets into actionable insights and audiences within hours through automated data exploration, transformation, enrichment, activation, and quality management. Datalinx takes care of the commodity tasks so your teams can focus on driving innovation and growing your business. Research shows that data and AI leaders grow revenue up to 75% faster than their peers.
Our founding team brings 80 years of collective experience in solving data readiness challenges, and we could not be more passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to eliminate a pain we’ve long felt ourselves. While each of us has experienced the frustrations of bad data firsthand, feedback from over 100 industry leaders has helped us refine and crystallize our vision. One CMO told us, “If I could give my organization the access and flexibility to find and use the data they need, it would transform our entire company.” This sentiment reflects a broader, consistent pattern: organizations struggle with data discovery and access, ensuring data quality and structure, achieving organizational readiness, and maintaining security and governance. These are pervasive challenges that companies need expert help to solve.
AI is becoming ubiquitous, yet data readiness remains the most significant and growing bottleneck preventing companies from realizing the value. Our mission at Datalinx is simple – unlock data so every team, at every company, can move at the pace of AI innovation and unlock unprecedented growth.

Q6: What problems does Datalinx solve for marketing, advertising, and CX teams?
Datalinx eliminates upstream bottlenecks, such as poor-quality data, siloed and opaque datasets, reliance on technical teams, lengthy wait times for clean data, and inconsistent governance, empowering business teams to explore insights and take action on their own. This enables faster access to meaningful insights (in minutes, not months), reveals vital patterns, enhances customer intelligence, improves campaign outcomes, and ultimately fuels smarter activations and growth. Datalinx also proactively surfaces previously unidentified patterns, accelerating time to value by guiding customers toward insights they didn't even know to seek.
Q7: What problems does Datalinx solve for data science and data engineering teams?
Data science and engineering teams have consistently told us that they want to work on model and application development instead of being data “janitors.” Datalinx enables technical teams to complete data preparation tasks with the simplicity and transparency of using a tool like Cursor or Claude Code. Our domain intelligence also removes the ambiguity associated with data preparation work, enabling technical teams to better deliver against marketing needs. This increases data teams’ time allocation to high leverage work from 20% to over 80%.
Q8: What types of companies or industries benefit most from Datalinx?
Datalinx is purpose-built for enterprises that rely on marketing, advertising, customer experience, business intelligence, or data monetization as growth drivers. Our customers are typically data-rich organizations in retail, e-commerce, technology, media, telecom, and CPG who need to turn fragmented customer data into actionable insights quickly and securely.
Q9: How does Datalinx fit with my existing cloud, martech, and BI stack?
Datalinx is designed to complement—not replace—your existing investments. Datalinx operates a hybrid cloud architecture where our control plane can securely interact with your data plane in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure. From there, customers can deliver curated, high-quality data into hundreds of marketing, advertising, customer experience, BI, and AI modeling platforms. If you already use reverse ETL or orchestration tools, Datalinx integrates seamlessly into those workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and faster time to value.
Q10: What companies does Datalinx partner with?
Datalinx partners with a broad range of industry players, including cloud service providers and cloud data warehouses as infrastructure providers and application deployment partners, systems integrators and consultancies as professional service partners, model developers as integrated solutions, and marketing, advertising, CX, and BI applications as data destinations.
Q11: How does Datalinx ensure data accuracy, quality, and safety before activation?
Every pipeline includes automated validation checks against the target schema, completeness percentages, sample output previews, and governance rule enforcement before data is available to be included in an audience. Additionally, platform administrators can define “controllers” that institute definitions, rules, and guardrails. As an example, certain organizations may define churn in a specific fashion, and can pre-program the system to ensure production data sets adhere to this logic. Alternatively, a customer that needs to adhere to certain industry regulations (e.g. fair lending practices) can prohibit the system from performing certain data inclusion or modeling functions.
Q12: How is Datalinx priced?
Datalinx charges a monthly, tiered SaaS fee based on the volume of curated records that flow through the platform. This enables customers to use our advanced data discovery features, but only pay for records they push through our AI data refinery. As an example, if a customer has 100M total records, but only 30M are relevant for the challenges they're trying to solve (e.g. churn reduction), their price will correspond with the 25-30M tier.
Q13: How does Datalinx performance improve over time?
Datalinx offers an AI-assisted experience (“vibe” data pipelines) that allows humans to guide data preparation work in a fraction of the time. When the system needs help or direction, it will prompt the user to “hint” it with additional information. The system will preserve memory in order to make more autonomous decisions in the future, and to surface data insights unique to your business. The outcome is increasingly efficient and intelligent workflows, insights, and activations.
Q14: Does Datalinx copy or store my data?
No. Datalinx does not copy, persist, or host your customer data. Your customer records remain fully under your governance and within your existing security perimeter at all times. Our system interacts with your data plane through secure connections, applies transformation and validation logic within your cloud, and only stores metadata necessary to operate the platform (e.g., pipeline configurations, observability logs, and AI model parameters). This design eliminates the risks associated with data replication and third-party hosting.
Q15: How does Datalinx comply with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA?
Datalinx is designed with privacy and consent management as first-class features. The platform enforces governance rules at every step of the pipeline, automatically flags consent gaps, and maintains full lineage for auditability. Customers retain control of where data is stored and how it is processed, making it straightforward to honor GDPR/CCPA requirements such as subject access requests and right-to-be-forgotten workflows. Our hybrid-cloud architecture ensures that personal data remains in the customer’s environment, aligned with regional data residency requirements.
Q16: What security measures are in place to protect my customer data?
Datalinx applies multiple layers of enterprise-grade security, including role-based access controls, audit logging, and encryption of all data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and metadata at rest (AES-256). In addition, Datalinx aligns with SOC 2 controls and supports integration with your existing identity and access management systems (SSO, MFA, and SCIM). Customers also gain observability features such as data lineage and code transparency, so every action on your data is traceable and auditable.
